My mistake ... you are correct. Melina was Delima's sister, and, therefore, my grandmother's aunt.

The child baptized as Rose Delima in 1863 was my great-grandmother, Delima Ducharme. The female child born in 1865 was Melina (also in one document referenced as Emmelina) who died in 1945 at the age of 80.
