From the Poirier-Ducharme marriage record, it looks like George Poirier's parents are from Saint Valere de Boulstrade (spelling?). In Familysearch there are a lot of hidden parishes so its taking me some time to find Saint Valere. Hopefully the parish registers are there. Maybe that's where George and Exilia lived and hopefully they lived there around the time the 1881 census was taken. I'll definitely let you know when I find it. My search continues!
