thanks for the follow-up. The correct spelling is Saint-Valère-de-Bulstrode.
In Québec, in the XIX century, the usual practice was to honour people when giving names to parishes. As an exemple, Saint-Valère was chosen for Valère Guillet, one of the founder of the parish. "de-Bulstrode" was added to honour some rich Englishman who came from that place in Buckinghamshire. Same model was used for St-Eusèbe-de-Stanfold ans many othe places.
