I received this info from another distant family relative. Some of the names are similar to yours and I am wondering if there is a tie in that you know of? I've haven't been able to verify it yet.

DUCHESNE, John, Sr.
b. 25 Feb 1851
PARENTS: Octave Miville Duchesne
Marguirite Beaudin
m. 31 Dec 1870 Henriette Chenard Schneider
St. Edwards Church
Ellenburg, Clinton County, NY
d. Unknown

CHILDREN:
John b. 06 Jun 1873; d. 13 Nov 1933
m. 1895 Emma Pelletier
Francois b. Unknown; d. Unknown
m. 20 Jul 1938 Emma Pelletier
Octave
Matilda
Aurilla

Emma Pelletier married John first and they had five children that I know of. After John died, Emma married his brother Frank (Francois). Emma and Francois had no children.

We are descendants of John and Emma Pelletier Duchesne. The spelling was changed to Dushane, but I don't know why or when.

Any help would be greatly appreciatedl.
