After reading your post, my mother-in-law (Mary Ann Dudding)found a couple of errors in the information you have listed for her family. This is what you have and I will list the corrections below.

44. EARL ELLIOTT6 DUDDING (CHARLES LEWIS5, JOHN BOOKER4, WILLIAM3, ALFRED WELLINGTON2 DUDDINGTON, ALFRED EARL1) was born 16 Oct 1871 in Teas Valley, West Virginia, and died 23 Jul 1974 in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He married (1) MARGARET WILLIAMS. He married (2) DOROTHY M. BROWN 19 Jul 1924 in Washington, D.C.. She was born Unknown in unknown, and died 08 Aug 1967 in Alexandria, Virginia.

Child of EARL DUDDING and MARGARET WILLIAMS is:
78. i. EARL B.7 DUDDING, b. 19 Apr 1925, unknown.

Children of EARL DUDDING and DOROTHY BROWN are:
ii. DOROTHY7 DUDDING, b. 04 Jul 1927, Washington, D.C..
iii. JOSEPHINE DUDDING, b. 27 Mar 1936, Huntington, West Virginia.
iv. MARY ANN DUDDING, b. 29 May 1943, Washington, D.C..

First of all, Earl B(Brown) DUDDING is the son of Earl DUDDING and Dorothy BROWN.
Secondly, Mary Ann DUDDING was born 29 May 1944 instead of 1943.
Earl DUDDING and Margaret WILLIAMS did in fact have children, as far as we know there were 2 girls and 2 boys but Earl Brown DUDDING was not one of them.
Thanks.
