Duddy of Faughanvale, County Derry
Posted by: Jamie Whiteford Date: July 20, 2000 at 16:42:22

On a recent visit to Dublin I found out that my ancestor Bridget Duddy who married Edward McCarron in the 1860's, had children born in the townland of Glasakeerin in the Faughanvale parish of County Derry. I have also found Duddy families of Monehanegan townland which is very close by. I copied out Duddy and McCarron families from the 1831 census of County Derry from the parishes of Lower Cumber, Upper Cumber and Faughanvale, if anyone would like a copy please e-mail me.
