Dudney connection to George Smith through Olive Bell Dudney

In searching DAR records, a William H. Dudney married an Olive Bell Smith whose line runs back to George Smith (DAR #864076) married to Rebecca Bowen (my distant grandparents). So, anyone descendant from William H. and Olive Bell would be related to me. The odd fact is that I am a member of the General Society of the War of 1812 through my ggg grandfather, Raines Roberts, who with his brother, Peter, served in Woodfolk's 3d Separate Battalion, Jackson's Tennessee Militia in Captain Abraham Dudney's company.
Anyone out there a descendant of William H. and Olive Bell Dudney? Would like to make your acquantance and share information.
Frank E. Roberts
Rockwall, Texas
