Ben, Your Sally DUDNEY may have been a daughter of John DUDNEY who was in North Carolina 1800 with 3 boys under 10 yrs. old, 2 girls between 16-26 yrs. and 2 girls 10-16 years old. The name "Sally" was usually a nickname for Sarah. John DUDNEY's Grandmothers name was Sarah, maybe your Sally named after her. This is pure speculation on my part however. The place was Anson County, North Carolina. Maybe do some checking in that area.
