I have a poor copy of a Indenture made September 17,1835. This was made between Allen Upchurch and Mary Upchurch his wife, concerning sale of land to Wiley Ross. The land in question was bequeathed to Elizabeth Dudney during her natural life and at her death, to Nancy Page, Mary Upchurch and Sarah Ross, lawful heirs of said John Dudney (Dudley) . Allen Upchurch and Mary Upchurch signed their marks. Montgomery county Court, April 05, 1839, when this deed was formed in Open court by the oath of William Swaringon, S.S. Page and Mary +Upchurch. My mother, Marie Upchurch recieved this copy from someone unknown to me,in the 1970's. I have not been able to find the original........Cousin Jeanene
