I am working on a couple of Texas Historical Markers in the
north Harris County area. << Both are buried in the Duer family cemetery in Rose Hill, TX. >> I am particularly interested in the location of this cemetery. I have also been told that Rosehill was named for Christian Duer's plantation. I'd like to verify that statement, as others say it was name for an early postmaster.
