Just a follow up to Janet's message. Found info down in Snow Hill Maryland on James Duer.Possibly James H. Duer's father, and more on the family. A James Duer buried in All Hallows Cemetery at Snow Hill Episcopal Church. Died Nov 1st 1812. Also a son William who died 1821 at age 14 years old. James had wife Nancy, possibly a son Robert and daughter Nancy. James owned the Cellar House that is located half way between Pokomoke City and Snow Hill. James, brother Joshua and father William were big into land. They owned many many acres in Worcester County. Also alot of info in Salzbury library and Nabb Research center. Looking for more cousins down in MAryland who might be connected to this line of Duers. Also a Samuel Miles Duer.Have more info if anybody is looking into this line. email me at jadaflashe51@aol.com Jean Duer Ashe
