I don't show any details of a Conrad in my Dufford research, but there was the following census record (to answer your question about Easton, it is at the junction of Bucks, Northampton Co's and NJ. Records for this family show up in all three places, but baptisms etc tended to be in Easton):

Interesting, when I go to that page, I see a Jacob Doffert, but no Conrad (and the writing is pretty clear). However, at least two sources come up with this reference to Conrad, so there is probably a Conrad record somewhere near that page. This Jacob was related to my Dufford line, and so if Conrad really is on that page, he probably is also. Jacob's son Jacob ended up in Butler Co., PA via Luzerne Co, as did Frederik and Phillip, my ancestor. I have some things (not all) on my website:
