I believe that your grandfather Harold was the son of Seth Washington Dugard Jr. (born 1975) and his wife Florence. Harold's grandfather was Seth Washington Dugard (1842-1924) and his wife Mary Eliza Goode (1848-1920) Harolds father Seth had 9 siblings. One of his siblings was my great grandmother Almira Dugard Beale (also known as Elmira, Alma, and Allie)
Seth Washington Dugard Sr. was born in New York. He werved in the Civil War (145 New York Infantry Regiment, Company H). Seth later moved to Barren County, Ky. All of his children were born in Barren County, Ky. except Seth Dugard Jr. who was born in New York. There are tons of Dugard decendants in Kentucky. Almira Dugard Beale was born in Ky., but married here in New York and stayed here. Her son Archibald Beale was my grandfather.
