I live in Georgia, but my father's family has lived in KY for a long time, and were NYC before that. My grandfather was John Miller Dugard, from Glasgow, KY. He was born in 1866. Someone that I am looking for information on are Thomas and Almira Dugard. We have some incredible family bibles embossed with their names, but no copyright or even publisher. They are at least 150 years old. Have you ever heard of them? By the way, the name is French, meaning "of the guard". The guards came from the royal family,or from others such as dukes, etc so there must be some minor royal blood in the family somewhere.
