Hello Shar! My Dugas family did not use the "dit LaBreche" name until I came to Pascal dit Labreche Dugas who married Marie Anne Auger 8 Jan 1776. He was the son of Charles b.1712 in St.Laurent, Montreal, Q. Married Charlot Fortier 11 Nov 1743 in Pointe Claire. d. 14 Jul 1761 in St.Laurent. His parents were JeanBte dit LaBreche Dugas b/bap abt 1681 St.Pierre, Pau, Bearn, Basse-Pyreneese France - married (are you ready for this?) Marie Charlotte dit Gadbois Vandandaigue 7 Jan 1708 in Beauport, Q. Parents of JeanBte were Jean Dugas and Marie DeShes. That's all I have at present. I obtained all of the marriage information (except for Jean Dugas & Marie DeShes) on the Loiselle Marriage Index.
Hope this will be useful to you.

Kindest regards,
Maureen
