Hi Ada,

Came across your "thread" with Roger from do
ing a search on Cloutier. I share your interest about Haiti "mixed bloods".Many
thousands,if not millions of French Canadian
or Acadian descendents have ancestry in Alexender (including me).I can tell you about
Louis Dugas who left Haiti "in a haste" and
settled in Georgia (my adopted state). Many
others came to Georgia rather than Louisiana.
Perhaps you can help me with searches about
Marguerite Comeau and others? Also, are not
Brunels and Brunets present in Haiti?
