Sometimes I think all Dugas' are related, but I do not have your family in my records. I have
very few on this family. My great great grandmother was Adeline Dugas who was the third
wife of Olivier Hurteau, they married in 1852. I found them both listed on the 1851 Hinchinbrook
Twp. Census, only separately. Adeline's family was named Dugas dit LaBreche at that time.
I am sure they had connections in Malone, NY at least Olivier Hurteau's brother Francoise lived
there for a time. Oh Hinchinbrooke is in quebec.
