Walter Edward Duggins married Elizabeth Ann Govan on April 11 1887 in the district of St. James, Edgbaston, County of Warwick, England. They lived in Preston, West Derby and Liverpool in Lancashire and had four children. He was born about 1863 and his father was John Duggins, a fish hook maker. There was a Walter Edward Duggins christened June 17 1866 in Redditch, son of John and Mary Matilda. Does anyone know more about this Walter Edward Duggins to prove or disprove that he was the one married in 1887. Thank you from Margaret [duggins] Corfield.
