My name is Linda Gail Duggins, my father was Edward Theodore Duggins the son of William Leonard Duggins. He had lived in Tulsa, OK area and had a number of children by his first wife. William worked for the railroad when he met my grandmother Mary Viola Wilskey. They met in Washington and lived in Castle Rock, WA in 1926. William use to joke that his intials WLD stood for wild little devil. Please e-mail me.
