Hi Daniel
Just read your note re: your uncle Francis.
This name is handed down through my branch of the family usually to the eldest male in some form or another.
My son's middle name is Francis as is mine and my father's first name and his father's.
I have just started tracing the family geneology and have got back to the marriage of Richard Duignan to Mary Graham in 1899. This was in Collinstown, Ireland. Most of the family seem to orginate from Rosscommon area.
Would love to hear of an links anyone has found.
