Hi, I'm not sure if I'm descended from the Edward Deignan you mentioned. My father was Edward Francis Skahan, Sr. (1933-99) and my grandfather was Joseph Francis (1898?-73)both from Belmont, Massachusetts. All of my father's family, and most of mine, still live in the Boston area. I grew up in Belmont and Concord, MA and currently live in Ghana, West Africa.
