I am looking for information on Sarah Dukes, born 1 March, 1824, maybe in Burke or Emanual County, Georgia. Married to Thomas Jefferson Roberts about 1845, place unknown, again maybe in Burke County, Georgia.
She is found with her husband on the 1850 census of Burke, Georgia, in 1860 they are in Emanual county, in 1870 in Appling County and in 1880 they are in Pierce County where they are both buried in the Blackshear Cemetery.
