Ira (Foster) Dulin, 1893, Winchester to Chattanooga

Seeking history on my FOSTER family, including Ira FOSTER listed with the FOSTER family in the 1910 census in Winchester, TN, born abt 1896, called "Irie" by some. Believe she may have married a Dulin, had a son "JT" and grandchildren Mildred, Jimmie, & Bobbie. Supposedly they lived in the Chattanooga area, and, in fact, I found an Ira Lee DULIN of the right age in the 1930 census. If you can shed any light on Ira Foster or J.T. Foster and Mollie Foster, who appear in the same household as her the head and wife in prior censuses, it would be great.
