CHARLOTTE OR CHARLOTTA DUMONT CLARK

I am searching for Charlotta Clark m: to Isaac Clark, parents of Mary Susan Lucinda Clark (Lucy). They lived in Arkansas at one time.
I found a note in some written records that Charlotta had been a Dumont before her marriage to Isaac Clark. She was supposed to be Indian (don't know which tribe).
Lucy married my grandfather, C. L. Carter (Christopher Lawson), in Texas. They had five children together but Lucy died around 1900.
Charlotta Clark was found taking care of their children in Cottle County, Texas,1900 Census, and was listed as head of household. C. L. was working on a ranch in King Co., TX at the time for a family named George.
In 1904, C. L. married my grandmother, Jimanna Pennington Hibdon Carter. My father, Paul S., was their first child together.
Does anyone have information concerning Charlotta being a Dumont, who her parents were,if they are Indian, and on Lucy, where she died, when and where she is buried. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joyce Carter Parkey
