I spent the day reading the history of Quebec and Clinton Co., New York. Really interesting reading. I found a website that listed the births of all the Bourdon and Dumont children with their parents. Because of Fred Bourdon's book, I know that not all the Bourdon's listed were siblings of Francois Narcisse Bourdon. There are several Dumonts named, but knowing next to nothing about Rosalie, (that's what every record I have found on her calls her)I can't tell if the parents of the babies are her siblings.

You don't know how excited I was when I found the Dumont names. There for awhile, I was really thinking they just dropped in from outer space. I can't believe that this family lived in Clinton Co. for such a long time without a word about them. I did find a photo of the church they went to, there were no Dumonts in the cemetery.

I'll keep you in mind when AND IF I find something.
