Thanks, Annie, for all the info. I was able to confirm some of the descendants & other info that I'd already found.
Actually, I have not found the parents of Firman DUMOUCHEL+Vitaline (Victorine, etc). ST-AMAND. What I did was check the godparents of their first child, Ernest, & presumed that Francis DUMOUCHEL, Frésine DAGENETS, were Firmin's parents since it was the custom to have the grandparents as godparents of the first child. Therefore, I've found Fraçois DUMOUCHEL +Euphrosine DAGENAIS & have listed them as the parents of Firmin DUMOUCHEL. This is just supposition, though, since I've been unable to find Firmin's birth or baptism records.
According to the 1910 U.S. census, he is a widower, who immigrated to the U.S. in 1883 & is living with his son, Ernest's family in Bay City, MI.
Do you think you could find FIRMIN DUMOUCHEL's birth & baptism dates & the name of his parents? If they are François DUMOUCHEL+Euphrosine DAGENAIS, as I presume, then I've got the rest of their ancestry.
