Thanks for answering. Rosannah was dau. of Edmund Dickenson. None of the rest of your info rings a bell except for William Albert Dunford. It appears that Rosannah had about 5 or 6 children before she and William F. Dunford were married, but strong evidence that they lived together long before the marriage.
Albert Dunford, age 22, in 1880 census lived with Harvey Speer. This Albert's marriage records show he was the son of William and Rosa Dunford.
In 1870, there was a "Dock" Dunford living with Samuel Dickenson, Edmund's son. I thought that "Dock" was the son of Rosannah. Could it be that this "Dock" and Albert are the same?
Lots of work to do here, but maybe it will fit together. DD.
