In talking to my 91-year-old grandmother (the daughter of Florence Amelia Dungan Bailess Smith Clayton), I realized that I've always pronounced the name "Dung-in", but my grandmother says "Dun-i-gan". Our Dungans were/are from southwestern Mississippi. I was just wondering how everyone else pronounces the Dungan name.
