Hello again Michael,
I've just heard there's a book thats been translated from German into English about Solingen that contains lots of information about the Dunkelbergers. The English title is Volume One of Solingen: History of a City, I'm assuming you know what that translates into in German. The authors' name is Rudolf Heinz Rosenthal. Also, the original spelling of the name was Dunkelnberg. Hope this helps. Good luck. Carol
