Clemens Info misleading

I have been doing extensive research on my family line and have run into some info on Clemens that does not make sense. I have Clemens with the birth dates of 1682 in Germany and 1655 in Germany. Both have the sons of Fredrick, Peter and Clemens(Clementz) and is married to Margaretha Godschalck. One has Peter Dunkleberger and the other has Hans Peter Dunkleberger, both have the same info on them. Now the catch is that Clemens is listed with two different fathers. One of them is Wilhelm and the other is Johann. Does anyone have any solid info on Clemens and the three sons that came over on the Mortonhouse Ship. I also have a list of the ships passengers and they show the three sons as well as two Clemens Dunkleberger. Was there two Clemens that came over that were maybe cousins? Any info to help clear this matter would help me greatly or email me if extensive info is available.
