A book wth the above title has just become available. I have no commercial or financial interest in it. But I have to rave. All information is footnoted and thoroughly discussed including various past researchers. Collateral names are also covered. For instance there is a chapter each on on WECK, HARTKOPF,GODSCHALCK, AND HAUER. It's not one of those "Grandma said" books, but thoroughly professional.
