This Captain Thomas Dunckley was probably about 30-40 years old in 1717.
My Dunkley line was in Pennsylvania at that time and were farmers. I descend from Oliver who was a carpenter and worked on the home of William Penn in 1690.
Do you know if Thomas was captain of a British ship. There were also Dunkleys living at that time in Virginia.
I am trying to find an area in England where the Dunkleys originated. Do you have any info.?
