Dear Jackie,
Yours is the first Isaac Dunkley I have come across, although a bit late for me. I am researching Dunkley in the Harpenden area of Herts. My GG/Grandmother was Mary Anne Dunkley born 1837, married Thomas Pearce in St Albans 1862. My side of the family came out the wrong side of the bed. Wedding Cert gives father Isaac of Harpenden. Is Isaac a common name in your genealogy, and do you think one could have walked straight down the A5 from Paulerspury to Harpenden. Rgds TD
