I've started a Dunkley/Dunklee DNA Surname Project with familytreedna.com. So far we have test results in for 2 people who are thought to be descendants of Oliver Dunkley who came to PA in 1688.
I would like to have worldwide participation of any race or spelling. Dunkleys from England, Australia, Jamaica. In America, descendants of Moses & Elnathan Dunklee of Virginia, NY Dunkleys, Joseph Dunkley of Utah. Anywhere Dunkleys have settled throughout the globe, I would like to see volunteers for the Dunkley Surname Project.
This would be a Y-DNA test through the male line (i.e. your last name must be Dunkley, but not through adoption of the surname.) The cost is significantly discounted if you order through a surname group rather than individually.
I do not receive any commissions, nor were my tests at a discount. The reward for me is making this happen. I am really excited about this! Genealogy is so much looking for a needle in a haystack. DNA test results will help us know which haystack to look in and will help us understand our family migration patterns and, with enough participants, perhaps our exact place of origin.

This will get you to the Dunkley family sign up sheet with appropriate discounts.
