After having done further research and viewing all relevant messages on this site, I can now add further information re my search. Leah, I am a descendent of the same Dunkley family which emmigrated from Bradford, Yorkshire, but originated in Warwick, Warwickshire, England. My great great grandfather James born 1827, is Henry Dunkley's brother. I have discovered from the 1851 census that James lived with Henry, Emma and their children, their brother John and his son and their father John in Bradford while working in the woolen mills.

James married Agnes Hogarth 11/6/1852 before emmigrating to Australia in 1856 and settling in Victoria. I realise your message is from 1999 but would love to hear from you or anyone else with information.

Kind regards,
Melinda Dunkley
