Terrel, please go to and search for DUNKLEY Family Tree. There you will find a family tree from one of the three Dunkley brothers that settled in Clarendon, Jamaica, W.I.

We have also been told the story since childhood about the three Scottish brothers that came from Scotland. We hard that they active in the slave trade and became ship wrecked St. Elisabeth, Jamaica. However, we have yet to make a direct connection or find record of three Scottish brothers be ship.

Perhaps you can verify the information in the British Maritime records on the Dunkley brothers ship.

I would love to get more information on your family from around Lacovia District in St. Elisabeth, Jamaica.

Please let me know how we can exchange information

Byron-Paul Mayne
