The Former Kansas Citian Is Dead at Liberty, Mo.

Liberty, Mo. Dec. 5 - Richard P. Dunlap, 80 years old, a crop insurance representative of the Reconstruction Finance corporation, died early today at his home at the Colonial hotel. He had been ill three weeks with a heart ailment.
Mr. Dunlap lived in Kansas City most of the time from 1880 until five years ago, when he came to Liberty. From 1910 to 1915 he was a member of the Eubank-Dunlap Live Stock firm. He spent four years in the mining business at Tonopah, Nev., and eight years in business at Belton, Mo. His wife, Mrs. Minerva Robinson Dunlap, died in 1918. He leaves a son, Richard L. Dunlap, vice president of the Commerce Trust company in Kansas City; a brother, Lee Dunlap, 1815 Holmes Street, Kansas City, and a sister, Mrs. D. M. Bowman, Rockhill Manor, Kansas City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday at the Carder chapel in Liberty and burial will be at Belton.
