Charlotte Brackenridge, born February 13, 1814 in Argyllshire, daughter of David and Charlotte (McMillan) Brackenridge, married John Dunlap, Jr. November 20, 1835 in Washington Co., Ohio.John Dunlap, Jr., who was the son of John Dunlap, Sr. and Mrs. Mary (Brackenridge) Langwill of Campbeltown, Argyllshire, Scotland, emigrated from Campbeltown in the fall of 1834 to Washington County, Ohio.This couple resided in Washington Co., Ohio from about 1835 until about 1844 and then removed to Tippecanoe Co., Indiana in 1845; and then to Union twp., White Co., Indiana in 1851 – 1860 – 1880
