Hello,
Any help would be appreciated! I am stuck :(
Mary Dunlop, born about 1823 in Ontario (so the census says, but could have been born in Scotland?), married Robert McLean on May 14, 1844 in Parkenham, Bathurst, Ontario, Canada. I can find no record of her parents, her siblings, her date of birth or death.
Her husband, Robert McLean, was born in 1816 in Ayreshire, Scotland - Kilmaur/Kilbride. He emigrated to Lanark, Ontario, Canada in 1821. His father might have been Lachlan?
I think their children were Christina b. 1849, Annie b. 1850, Mary b. 1862, and Malcolm b. 1870.
