James (Mc)Dunwoody and Margaret Brown Russell
James Dunwoody amd his wife lived in Mosheim, Tn.He took the wrong side in the Civil War and was forced to move to Georgia. He lost his wife Margaret at SpringPlace, Georgia and she is buried there at Springplace which is near Chatsworth. James went to Chattooga County, Georgia and lived for a while with his family and according to the story I heard he headed West on a wagon train. The wagon train was attacked and he was killed by Indians. The story goes Jame's family was not allowed to reclaim their land in Tenn.
The Russel home is still standing at Mosheim and is well kept.During the Battle of Blue Springs the home was used as Headquarthers fo Union Officers.(Greene Couty, Tenn)
