Jason...I am a Lewis Dupree/Franklin Goldstein Dupree descendent.
About 40 years ago, when I was a kid... my dad, grandfater(Walter), Uncle and a few others that I do not remember went to a very small dupree cemetary and had to cross over(and have permission fr. landowner) private land.
The above mentioned family members cleaned up the cemetary area and placed a brass? sign in the cemetary with the names of the people(family members) that had spent the time and effort to cleanup the area.
I do not know exactly where this is but my uncle Benjamin Dupree does, I believe.
My wife,Stacey has established us as one of the first settlers of texas and my daughter as one of the daughters of the revolution. These titles had to be carefully documented in order to recieve them. She has all the info.

I am wanting to go back to that small cemetary and establish a map and clean it up again if it can be found.
We also found some Duprees at the magnolia cemetary.
