Dear Mr.:

as you can see we share the same last name. My family are the Duraldes from the Basque Country in Spain. But actually I live in Caracas, Venezuela.
My brother had a contact with someone also named Duralde few years ago. This gentleman used to live in California but we lost his data.
Martin Duralde, the one who left Europe centurys ago, must be my ancestor. The name Duralde is not very common in the Basque Country (Spain side). In fact we are a very short family. We think he left Europe from Hendaye or Biarritz, basque cities from France. But really we do not have certain information about his life or family.
Martin is a first name still used in my family.
I will be glad to help you in your "investigation".
