Hello Guy,
My name is Janet & my boyfriend is a descendant of Pierre Duranceau dit Brindamour who came to Quebec from Niort, France in about 1695. I have alot of family information, and am continually looking for more. I am aware that the family were Hugenots (Calvinsts) and renounced thier religion. Pierre was a soldier in the Marines in St Jean company. I would love to get in contact with you to share info. I took 2 years of French in High School, but have lost it all now and cannot read or write it. I look forward to hearing from you.
Janet
