We may be very distant cousins. I have a lot of family that originally lived in Autagua.

You asked about John Milton Durden. He was my great-great grandfather. He was born on April 29, 1863. He died December 1, 1946.

According to his death certificate, both of his parents were born in Autagua, Alabamam as well. His father was Benjamin F. Durden. From some of the other posts on this thread, I'm guessing this is Benjamin Franklin Durden, but I have not confirmed this.

I would be glad to compare notes if you want to contact me.
