Rick Durfey Balmer, Hello, always fun to connect with another Durfey. Thank you for your detailed post. It is wonderfully researched and has been a great help, not to mention facinating. Now, we cannot just let it go with nice praise. I am wanting to know, no, needing to know more about Thomas and his father Job from Exeter England. As you are pppprobably aware, there are conflicting notes on who emigrated. Did Thomas's parents emigrate to America? Also what do you know about his being indentured. Did he sell himself, or was this a criminal punishment? Was he French? Huguenot? I am hoping you or someone will know these answers
Thanks, Sally Durfey Lyon
