Am researching William W. Durgin (born about 1841 in Stoneham, Maine) that served as a Sergeant in the 1st and 9th Maine Infantry during the Civil War. He was transferred to Co. F of the 10th Veterans Reserve Corps and was on of the men assigned as President Abraham Lincoln's Honor Guard throughout the President's funeral voyage and burial.

What is here - is all the information I have. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
