Millie DURGAN: Indian captive

Hello researchers,
I do not have a Durgan/Durgin family line. I found a short article in a local newspaper about Millie Durgan, captured by Kiowa Indians when she was one year of age and did not know her true identity until 3 years before her death. She was with the Kiowas for 70 years. There is a picture included with article. I found this in the Capitol Hill Beacon, Oklahoma City, OK Dec 20, 2001 issue. This is a small weekly newspaper. If anyone is interested, I can copy and mail. I hope Millie belongs to someone out there.
