Ellen/Ellender Durham was my great grandfather's sister. I don't know anything about her family, so I'm no help to you, but I want to thank you for the information that's in your post. I had found an 1880 census of Dooly Co., GA (Family #211) with an E. C. Warren listed as the mother-in-law of a Weldon who was married to a Catherine C. I'm sure now that this is my GG Aunt.
My grandfather said her name was Ellenor and she was called Nellie.
