Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
We apparently have either emigrant or first generation Durretts named Bartholomew, Richard, Francis, William, and John in early VA records, supposedly connected to the above Paul, especially Francis, who does link to the others. Yet, none of them have sons or grandsons named Paul. Is there any real connection to the Huguenot ancesotr Paul Parrain DURRETT and all these Durrett families in Virginia? I am talking about real primary evidence, not a quote from someones handed down, unverified genealogy. Gene Ballentine Rooks, Gotha, Fla.
