Hi Durrett researchers I am helping out my niece's father-in-law in researching his family history. I hope someone on this list can help me obtain some new information for him.
His father's name was LIONEL PETER DURRETT born 12 March 1925 in Gloucester, England he married on 4 Oct 1949 at Fleetwood Parish Church, Lancshire, England to Dorothy Jones daughter of Joseph Jones and mother unknown.Dorothy Jones was born 11 Sept 1924 Fleetwood, Lancshire, England. They had one son David born in 1951 in Leeds, England and the second son was born 1954 in Canada which would mean that they immigrated to Canada sometime between 1951 and 1954. If anyone is researching this family or can direct me in the right direction to someone that might help further our knowledge of this family I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks to everyone in advance for any help provided.
